By applying to join Cerulean Airlines you acknowladge that you have
read, understood, and agree to the following terms of service.
You are also certifying that you are 13 years of age or older.

- Due to the United States Child Protection Act, Cerulean Airlines is unable to accept applications from persons who are under 13 years of age. By Joining or participating in this airline you acknowledge that you are over the age of 13.
- I have read and understand not only this TOS but also the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Copyright Information, and Pilots Handbook. I also understand that these documents may be updated or modified at anytime, with or without notice. My continued use of Cerulean Airlines and its services serves as acceptance of any changes to these documents.
- I understand that I am required to fly at least one flight every 30 days. Flights are considered flown when I have filed a pilots report (PIREP) for that flight. I understand that my account may be terminated with or without notice if I do not fulfill this requirement. I also understand that I may at any time file a request for a leave of absence with my hub manager.
- I understand that hours flown for other virtual airlines may be credited to my account on a case by case basis. I also understand that it is my responsibility to contact Human Resources after my account has been accepted and request that these hours be added. I understand that I may not be credited the full number of hours and it is my responsibility to provide a link or e-mail address to confirm those hours. I also understand that hours transferred from other VA's only count towards overall hour count and my rank within Cerulean Airlines. They do not count for any awards given for hours flown with Cerulean.
- I will provide complete, accurate, and factual information on my application. If it is found that I intentionally placed false information on my application my account will immediately be terminated.
- I understand that my membership with Cerulean Airlines is a privilege and not a right. Cerulean Airlines reserves the right to deny or revoke my membership at any time for any reason.
- I agree to treat all staff and members in Cerulean Airlines with respect as I myself would expect to be treated.
- Any disputes with staff members or appeals to any decision taken against me must be submitted by E-Mail to the CEO. In this event the CEO's word is final.
- In the event the dispute or appeal is made against the CEO then the appeal falls under the COO. In this event the COO's word is final.
